As a Muslim I can relate very well with what Dr has said. From the metabolism which is directly related to diet (Halaal and Tayyib) to the exercise and postures. I think any Muslim who PROPERLY performs the five daily prayers with all its requirements should have such benefits(Sitting, bending, standing which is preceded by face and arms washing to calm the nerves etc). Unfortunately many Muslims don't understand the philosophy behind what they do, eat etc. We need to learn. Then there is the fasting that last for 30 days which is also a great to detoxify your system and elevate your spirituality (of course when done properly with its prescribed requirements). Islam teaches meditation, what to eat and not to eat. Teaches that your actions will be judged according to your thoughts etc. Dr. summarizes these things very well in the higher lower brain analogy. Thank you KSM for this educative interview.

Enlightenment 🕊️ Dr. Jan bless you. What man seek is within not without. People have been suching outside there for too long. We need to learn to be calm and quiet so that we can listen to our higherself. Meditation 🧘🏾♂️ The time we understand that we are one (All is one) in this world, Alot of evil will stop in this world. Be mindful about every thing that u do. Blessings is not only money 💵, but to wake up and your heart is beating, is a great blessing. That u can breath💕 Spirituality is having your own experience and Religion is following someone's experience. Stay bless 🕊️ 🙋🏾

V deep, thought-provoking, metaphysical issues. Indeed, you're bang on, majority of us hardly tap into our higher self/higher brain. Meditation helps a lot, esp when guided by such a teacher. Unfortunately, his type of philosophy may not attract the cross section of the populace, given ppls mindset. Hey!! Ppl are so hooked on instant gratification & miracles! Would be great for Dr to develop some self-help audio recordings or even bks that ppl can just borrow from the libraries. Better still, workplaces can actually adopt reflective sessions for such exercises, once monthly, it enhances creativity & amazing output. Sometimes you just need to sit, listen and stare in a peaceful reassuring environment to attract the appropriate aura around you. Psychology and psychiatry in Ghana must up their game really. Placing more emphasis on social prescription!! It's v educational & helps us recalibrate!!😂😂 Any abnormal phenomenon has sth beneficial. Kudos KSM 😂😂👌🏾👌🏾
