Okay, will give some summaries. We transited from a semi-military rule from the 80s to the 2000s. We had a high public debt to GDP. We managed to go hipc. Got a lot of donor support. As a result of that our forex in flow could balance our international trade. These monies were not put into investments which could keep us from getting more of the forex. Some were misappropriated, others looted and a fee into investments. These investments were even not well managed. An example is the Benso Oil Palm Plantation.
