It's about upholding the truth about this very election. And it's also about common sense. Ghanaians want to know who actually won the election, and with what numbers. Now the only person who is legally bound to declare the results was intentionally prevented from testifying, despite all allegations made against her. She kept changing the figures, for goodness sake. Besides, per her own figures, Nana Addo never crossed the 50% threshold. Audrey, if you were the electoral commissioner and your conscience was clear, wouldn't you have wanted to clear your name and set the record straight? Moreover, these judges refused to embrace the code of ethics of their own profession. Posterity will always be the best judge ✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾

It means judges can't be independent so parliament must change the law so that we the public vote for judges. The judges will ghen know they do not owe favours to tge president. If after a few years we find another error, we change the law again. In the meantime, we can't allow a thief to be president.

Im a ghanaian living in the US, and an astute analyst. For a politically charged case like this to be handled by a politically motivated supreme court of the land is unfortunate and dangerous. You can't convince me it's okay to ignore the constitution and declare akufo addo duly elected president with less than 50+% of the votes. Let's see what happens going forward because we won't accept that.
