Why Karnataka nursing council is not giving original registration certificate if we are not done registration to other state which is noc application done. Unfortunately registration not done the particular state now im asking my registration certificate to knc , they are telling thay cant give

I went for UP registration they told me that first go get KNC renewal then come back here .
