After playing the game 60 hours :my first non exploding rocked , after 100 hours first success in landing on mun and now 180 hours still never landed anywhere else than mun minimums and kerbin. I expect that you are having played the game over a million hours XD!

I remember a time when men were men and grand tours were done without those fancy little re-entry effects or maneuver nodes. Resource harvesting? Forget about it. We didn't even have action groups. Half out part count was made up of struts. We had to make orbit with state of the art Limp noodle 2 meter parts and pre-programmed macros to set proper staging and we were glad to have them! Size 3 parts were but a dream on a drawing board. we didn't even have mod parts that big yet. You whippersnappers have it way to easy!

Too easy ? LOL...think about Aerodynamics...i still remember the time when Nose cones gave disadvantage and Eve Ascent was barely different to Kerbin Ascent

@@tylosenpai6920 BRUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, Early KSP was on Ultra-Brutal mode. You had to get so creative with the builds to get sweet sweet delta-V later on. Less parachutes, crap isp engines except the nuke, Asparagus out the ass and again, half it's weight in struts. Not only that, but you had to fly manual and by on the knifes edge or else it would all fold like a blanket. You had to get out software to plan maneuvers, and do actual math to figure out the calculations. The good ole days of having my second and third monitors for statistics and planning. Not to mention having to make refuel stops with pre-launched stations if you wanted to go wild with the trip and visit other planets along the way, AND PLANNING ALL THAT SHIT IN WITH IT TOO. At the end it felt so worth it, and the accomplishment of completing a multiple hour trip without a hitch was pure euphoria, because of the challenge. I'll often go back to those days and only use the parts that were available at the time just to have the experience again in a small way.

I have a challenge. go out to eeloo land, plant a flag on one side of the planet. fly out into interstellar space and by the time you swing back down eeloo will be in the same spot as it was before just a eeloo year later. then land again just on the opposite side of the planet and plant another flag. then return to kerbin.
