Thanks, Dani. Yes, I'm so excited to try this variety, these fruits are now growing incredibly fast. I just checked the tree 30 minutes ago and they seem to have doubled in size from when I made this video.😮

Looks very promising Dom, they just do so much better planted in ground, the growth rate really picks up after a couple of years 😁

You're right, they are far more vigourous in-ground.

That's encouraging to hear you like this variety. I can't wait to try rhe fruit Yes, I thought pawpaw were slow growers but it seems once they set their roots down they can be extremely vigourous plants.

Wow, that tree has grown a lot! It's fantastic to see some fruit set on it for the first time. You must be very excited! Hopefully, they all hold on 🤞

Thanks, Peter. I'm ecstatic this variety has set fruit and it's grpwing into a behemoth.. Yes, I hope the tree will hold on to as many fruit as possible. Apart from the delicious fruit, I want the seeds for future rootstock. I'll feed the tree and maybe this will help.

That is a lovely strong tree Dom. Enjoy the fruit when they are ripe and please do make a tasting video to share with the rest of us! I will have to wait a few more years before my trees bare any fruit.

Cheers, Blom ... I'm definetly looking forward to trying this iconic variety and doing a taste test video. I think you may be suprised at how soon you see a flower or two on your plants. btw ... great to see you on KZbin. I'll be subscribing to your channel, just in case you decide to post updates. The pawpaw project you've started is going to be EPIC. 🙌🏽

Lol, in the world of social media I'm still a bit anti-social, so I will have to see about uploading to KZbin. Many of your friends commenting have a wide variety of plants, I only want to focus on a few, pawpaws, mulberries and raspberries/tayberries. By this weekend I should have 7 pawpaws in the ground with space for 3 or 4 more. I'm just wondering where I can plant my pawpaw seedlings . . . I have about 20 sprouting leaves.

That is one fine looking tree. so exciting to see the fruit forming. My two in ground seedlings are growing well , they are putting on good growth, about a foot this year.

Cheers, Mike ... They're at least 4x or 5x the size now. You should consider getting a pollinating partner for your Prima ... If you can find the space.

@@MoebiusUK Space is indeed a premium. I have taken to moving a couple of my citrus to my small west facing front garden due to lack of space in my back garden. I also have a sunflower pawpaw variety a potential pollinating partner, but it a slow growing plant that has never flowered. It is all a waiting game with the Pawpaws fruiting for me, but it will happen.

Hi any chance you can give me a discount for pawpaw plant? I noticed just one listed on your ebay I suppose will need 2 or more. I used to have 2 plants bought from lubera but died due to my own faults.

Lubera, were great. I actually got this KSU Atwood from them. I have a number of grafted, named variety plants available. Please feel to send me an email where we can discuss. - Moebius
