I thought about doing K swap in my 99 coupe but decided to toss some I beam rods and Vitara pistons in my D16 and boosted it lol It cost less than half the amount of a K swap for everything plus the tune.

Bro it's the little stuff that add up the cheapest way is to buy a rsx and drop the engine in from it. All u need is mounts axles a ecu

K24s are the most expensive swapped. Hopefully that 5k went towards a hondata ECU, hasport driveshafts and the correct gearbox.

@@MasksOfficial the k20a2 and k20z1 or z3 cost 1200 to 1500 bucks the jdm k24 high compression which is same as k24a2 from tsx is 600 to 900.

No with ekk2 you need eg subfram its a bolt in using eg bolts

No I used a eg subframe, eg subframe bolts, eg manual steering rack, eg lower control arm, eg compliance bushing, and eg steering u joint.

Around 5-6K for a k swap is cheap. I sold a good bodied and bad interior B18c1 ek swap for $12k. With a k swap you can get like 20k plus
