So u only need to use 1 piece of tape? I have always used 2 with my bicep injury but should I just use one?

Your biceps tendon runs along the front side of your deltoid, which is why they only use one tape along the front end-- this video is just for the biceps tendon. Two pieces is necessary for a general shoulder injury. For full disclosure, I'm not a medical expert, I'm just going off of the video title and a diagram that I found online of the biceps tendon. If your injury is to the biceps muscle, not the tendon, then your treatment may be different than in this video. Good luck!
