KTBS Sign On and Off with PSAs July 13,1996

The only thing of this I own is the videotape it is on. Most of this is defunct as this was 24 years ago (as of this posting). One day I realized that on weekdays the TV stations were on 24 hours. On weekends they still signed off for maybe 5 hours. Something told me I better set the VCR and capture the sign offs as that would be coming to an end. The only problem is I had misplaced the tape for several years but finally found it.

This was the original version of the KTBS-TV Channel 3 sign-on for the ABC Shreveport, Louisiana Affiliate which aired with the playing of the National Anthem from 1996 and Gulf War footage seen from the edited video of this KTBS-TV sign-on, until a new logo debuted later on in 1996. And right after a KTBS-TV Channel 3 On Your Side station ID and voiceover, are promos commercials and PSAs, followed by a this is ABC bumper and KTBS Rick Rowe's Notebook 5 second ID promo. And then the new version for this KTBS-TV Channel 3 sign-off, replaced "An American Trilogy" with "The Star-Spangled Banner" and KTBS-TV technical data playing to the end, followed by color bars and transmitter shutoff. And thanks for the upload, after you found a misplaced VHS tape.
