If my memory is correct, this two-part series finale was rerun on NBC in 1993 at the height of the release of the big screen version of The Fugitive with Harrison Ford.

No, at the end of first episode, before the EPILOG, there was a KTLA-5 banner card saying: The Fugitive 9pm weeknights. ... and the NBC peacock lead-in to thr Dean Martin portion said it was IN LIVING COLOR. So, the taping technology used for this was B&W only.
