I wonder when the kids turned to that channel that day expecting cartoons to find this instead. Wonder if their parents called KTLA to request bringing back cartoons.

It would have been Punky Brewster-I was going to watch it with my daughter and surprise this new show was in its place. I believe Sliver Spoons would have followed. My dad was happy for the change. And actually my daughter loved KTLA news.

The one that started it all and this is back when KTLA channel 5 was an independent station before they became a network station (the WB tv network was launched from 1995-2006 and it became the CW from 2006-present).

That is a great footage but Morning Team They have now Frank Buckley and Jessica Holmes are like the New Carlos Amezcua and Barbara Beck Era that in a few years they will be almost like Carlos Amezcua and Barbara Beck Status in a dozen years
