I remember traveling to Southern Oregon back in 2018 during the wildfires there. I was breathing smoke that thick for about 5 days, and just for that bit of time the floaters in my eyes had taken on the smoke, which made all of the floaters very visible to the point of distraction during the day. After about a week it all cleared up... I can only imagine what y'all are going through in SoCal. The hit to public health created by poor leadership should be another reason for the citizenry to recall and oust both the mayor and the governor. Such neglect on such a massive scale. This is evidence of the severely unintended, but expected by many, consequences of idiotic policies. So glad I left LA when I did over ten years ago.
