I have seen quite a few videos of DUI arrests. If I took a drink every time the suspect 1) claimed they didn't drink anything or only had 1 or 2; 2) denied the driving infractions the police witnessed; 3) didn't have or refused to provide the documents police requested; 4) refused to identify themself; 5) didn't want to get out of the car; 6) wanted to call their lawyer (or their mommy); 7) refused sobriety tests; 8) started yelling while being handcuffed; 9) repeatedly asked what they did wrong and why they were being arrested after they were already told 20 times; 10) refused to get into the police car - I would be dead 20 times over.

Yeah Imma be honest, dude definitely was on something or had another problem in that car that was gonna cost him more than just a fix it ticket. Also I live in LA, all of my friends including myself have our windows tinted. I've had some friends get pulled over and get a fix it ticket, but the reason was either because they had fully blacked out tint on their two front windows or they had their front windshield tinted.
