The victim should have been home studying instead of running the street. Notice how young his mother is? The cycle of fatherless kids and single mom's living on government assistance! There was a great grandma, a Grandma, the boy with a knocked up girlfriend, and no doubt she will continue the cycle. Laws should be put in place that if you birth a child on assistance, your tubes automatically get tied. Father a kid born on assistance and you get a complementary vasectomy.
