I dont understand it exactly aswell, but it has something to do with oil going to the engine. And when you stop giving gas the bike engine brakes. But when you pull in the clutch you can still give some gas.

Ma Perchè ogni volta che cambi 1 marcia premi la frizione. Premi la, scalare 2 o 3 e la lasci perdere giri, poi ne scali altre. Non fa bene al motore premere sempre la frizione. Comunque bel video

How do you know? Because of the stuttering? This can be pretty normal for a 2 stroke, especially when its cold...but what about the hole in the intake?
