In my area the showroom of ktm is excellent in terms of their behaviour the services and parts availability are also good… Anirbaan bajaj and ktm… proud owner of duke 250… I want to say one thing who thought about ktm after watching this bhaiya’s video and some others also that ktm is not a good brand they makes defective bikes, for those I wanna say that not every bikes are defective… Now these bikes are in 1st phase with new engines so some problems are coming… so wait till 2024, after selling the 1st phase bikes they will solve that problems and then you will never disappoint like this…

Ktm service and people working at the showrooms are horrible. I went to buy the adv 360 and they gave me the run around here in coimbatore. The staff even called to confront me when I complained to their higher ups. I dont' think I will buy a KTM anytime soon. The attitude they throw is horrible and now after watching this I am convinced that KTM has dealership issues in other states too. I was treated so well by the Kawasaki and Suzuki dealers here.
