If I may suggest, you can probably lower the fender a bit lower, say just by 1 inch. Normally, this design has no issues with an air cooled engine. But this is a liquid cooled engine, the possibility of the radiator guard getting fully clogged by mud after a muddy trail is there. That leads to your radiator not getting the full airflow to cool itself.

That mudguard looks scarily close to the radiator. Is there enough clearance even in case of it vibrating on bad roads ?

There is good enough clearance and absolutely no vibes 👍 plus thats the radiator guard ... So worst case also it will not touch the actual radiator.
