Looks like it's made by Enduro Engineering - the package and format of the instructions are identical to Enduro Engineering.

Yea. It’s gotta me out of plenty of jams plus makes it easier putting in on the stand or loading it in the truck or trailer.

This thing will snag your right leg at the worst time possible. Dont. Just get the strap.

Never had any issues with it racing or trail riding. That said, I've since sold the bike and didn't install a handle or strap on the new one.
