The 450 and 525 are pretty much the same weight. The 525 isn't even half a kilo heavier... I'd go 525 I've got both 450 and 525 and the 525 has much more low down grunt and more power overall

I bought my 03 525sx with Excel supermoto wheels on it. The previous owner bored it to 570cc, it really rips. I also did converted the wheels to tube-less when it was time to buy new tires, it really seemed to help the handling .
