Got my tester after ordering last week. Well made, showed 20psi which confirmed a problem inside the tank. Discovered a clogged Mahle filter. Replaced with WIX, put fuel assembly back in tank and retested with Taco Pressure Tester - 50psi. Felt like my bike gained 10hp on a quick ride around the block. Thanks from Athens, GA!!

I was hoping mine was the fuel filter. I did need changing anyway but the problem persists. Got my tester coming and I'm hoping to see low pressure to be honest as then I guess I will buy a new pump and if that ain't it. A new regulator

Mike i have been watching alot of videos about my bike i have 12 hours on my 2023 ktm 450 sxf I have only trail ride with the bike no racing or abused never hit full potential went to go for a trail ride went to start the bike and let it warm up and the bike is running rough and hardly stays running cuts out and I have slightly noticeable black smoke coming out of exhaust if you can help guide me through this process much appreciated first time ktm owner 🙏

I have husqvarna te250r 2012 redhead and some leak if i take off fuel line from injector ? Its normal or bad ? And any recomender fuel preasure for subtitusion ? Thanks mate

I just bought a 2020 500 xcfw. How common are fuel pump failures on these 500s, and do you recommend changing the stock pump out for an aftermarket pump like the one you carry ?

It’s not that common but it does happen. I pack a fuel pump motor w me on every ride just in case though and have changed 2 out in the bush in baja

I thought about carrying a spare, but I didn’t know how easy it would be to do, and what do you do about not loosing all your fuel?

I carry just the pump motor, hoses, clamps. Transfer gas to other bikes during swap tacomoto.co/products/california-cycle-works-ktm-husqvara-fuel-pump
