He fails to show what a fight it is with the spring ! Add the screws at the end because if you add them before fitting the pegs you will need to wear gloves when applying force ! A lot mid force is needed with your hands to bend the bloody spring !! Superb product ! that 1cm lower is utterly game-changing . ❤❤❤

Hi Will these pegs fit the KTM 890 Adventure R? I guess it shouldn't be any different from the 790? But I wanted to be sure before placing an order.

Hi, yes all R/G adventure parts designed for 790 Adventure R are suitable for 890 Adventure R, too.

@@RADEGARAGE1 Hi there! Can I assume that the pegs will suit 890 Adv (not R version)?

ONLY 1CM LOWER ? this shame i was looking for more
@RADEGARAGE1 Жыл бұрын
The RG footpegs are 15mm lower (not 1 cm), actually that's maximum you can go down. Otherwise the handling of the shift lever and brake pedal is not comfortable at all.

@@RADEGARAGE1 I thought that but don't want a wider peg as it hits your shins when stopping at lights etc with food down i need stock size pegs maybe not as spiky don't use rubbers dint off road, and they need to be 1" lower

Why are these pegs designed to not completely fold up? This will break the footpeg bracket or bend the frame tubes in a crash. The peg has an angle that acts as a stop, instead of the typical radius that allows the peg to fold. Now I have to grind a radius on brand new anodizing!!! :(

Hi Lin, so far no-one reported broken pegs because of not not enough bent angle. I can take them back and refund you money, if you wish. Please follow up on my email: rade@radegarage.com

I think the pegs are gorgeous! I like them. However, the purpose of a folding peg is not to add a spring to the build just for fun...but to fold up so it doesn't break. It has been so since the 1970's. This is an engineering oversight, and I recommend a radius up against the footpeg bracket so the peg can fully avoid crash damage. Anyone who's ever had to finish a race without a footpeg or handlebar knows it can be....difficult. :) Now...the aux gas tank engineering for my 701 has been fully thought out, right...? :wink:

K Lin the KTM pegs don’t fold all the way up, neither do most pegs I know. This may well be on purpose so the peg or the hanger break before the peg damages the frame? Not sure.
