@@GarageAddiction It's all about the amount of space you have to work... Even just a simple valve clearance check can be hell on earth if you don't have any space. But as said, great job ! Learned a lot about my Duke 390 without touching it, this is gonna save me a few moments of frustration here and there :P

As you walk around bike at end, you showed where carbon filter pipe attaches to fuel tank. I could not find this information anywhere. Legend!

I bought a salvage rc 125 and am rebuilding it. Do you know where the negative cable from the battery connects too? Mine has 2 ends and it wasn't connected when i bought the bike so not sure where it goes.

heavy rumors/spy pictures/insiders - new KTM RC 390 undergoing testing in Austria, new RC will come in early in 2021 with full cosmetic changes to front -RC8 and a new TFT display that replaces the aging spartan console side faring 30% alteration. not sure about all these news because of this i postponed the purchase to feb 2021.

@@Adixx1406 I could be wrong but I didn't think they were electronically speed limited, at least in the US. I have a piggyback ecu on mine so the map may have disabled it.

The clipons are slightly lower, they clamp on below the triple clamp and aren't too hard to install.

My duke 390 has just below 15k mileage And it needs to be rebore or change block. Which of the 2 should i take, rebore or change block

I don't think I've seen any overbore pistons, if the cylinder is hosed I'd go for another stock one.

You're going to need an OBD2 scanner and 6 pin cable to read what the engine code is www.ebay.com/itm/KTM-OBD2-6-pin-diagnostic-cable-the-original/324153969124?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 You might be able to get away with looking at the blink pattern and seeing what it corresponds to with KTM
