Let's test whether Gachagua had planned a coup. One, there was a meeting by Kikuyu at Limuru. The people at the meeting vowed to remove Ruto from power. There was an appeal by the speakers for parents to give fare to their children when the time comes for demos to remove Ruto as president. There are claims Gachagua and his advisors such as Ngunjiri Wambugu channeled money to the organizers. When his advisors were summoned by the DCI, they obtained court orders barring the DCI from investigating them. The same way Gachagua obtained court orders barring his appearance to explain the allegations that he was involved in the death of Governor Wahome Gakuru. Three, Gachagua addressed the nation from Mombasa immediately after president Ruto had addressed the nation from State House, Nairobi. It was clear he was sure Ruto would fall and he would take over as president. In fact, the demonstrators clarion call was Ruto Must Go. Who was to take over? Gachagua, of course. Don't forget these were the only demos that the Kikuyu fully supported and actively engaged in. Four, Gachagua had left Nairobi and gone to Mombasa. He was, therefore, aware of the plan. His brigade would storm parliament, get rid of MPs, Ruto would flee the country after the massacre of MPs, or if he didn't, remember the next place to raid was state house. Gachagua would be sworn in in Mombasa and fly back to Nairobi as president. The main participants were his tribesmen in Guthurai, some ferried from central, which is the reason the security organs on the area. For the participants from other communities, they had been told the protests were about the Finance Bill. Yesterday, while in Murang'a Gachagua told the youths posting photos of a dead Ruto in a coffin that they're doing excellent work and should continue and even post worse photos. Don't forget Gachagua pleaded with Ruto for forgiveness. What was the forgiveness for? Before his impeachment, he moved to the five Kikuyu counties saying nikisema Harambee, mnasema msiguze murima and he led Kikuyu in singing Mau Mau songs. What did it mean, since the coup planned on June 25 failed, he now wanted Kikuyu to arm themselves, and fight Ruto, remove Ruto from state house with the Kikuyu guerilla and install the shareholders man as president. The alternative plan failed too. His plan now is the most fogotherry. He wants the Kamba and Luyha to join him in removing Ruto as president even if he calls them non-shareholders
