Who knows for sure why or how his brother's life actually ended if we still hear of how Nderitu's family got deprived of estates left after his demise? The bodyguard plight is another sad sad eventuality. First, the C. Govt itself is not legally obligated to DIRECTLY compensate him that gives them deniable plausibility, BUT basic human decency and on humanitarian grounds they ought to have helped him. As such the govt sueing them for damages or any compensation it may a wrong short. However the Nyeri C. Govt have a responsibility to ensure the insurer settled all victims of the accident. My understanding of comprehensive insurance is that the insurer is bound to compensate the vehicle, owner and any other persons who suffered loss due to the accident . My final thought and unsolicited advice which I humbly direct to CP. Kaib. Afande pole sana kwa ajali Sir, pia nakusihi you relook at that monarch issue again Sir. Afande Monarch insurance is legally bound to compensate you. If they don't comply you should raise it to the IRA. Get a good lawyer if you can't, find a way of reaching me. I have one in mind.
