how unfortunate the Kenya judicial system is so rotten that the judiciary has no forensic proof that the defendants were guilty...banana republic..hope some legal team will take notice. paralegal students need to be encouraged to per-take this case as a case field study and come up with their findings.All in all hope justice will one day prevail to this boy..so sad.

our judicial system is not rotten, the problem is money if you can't afford services of a good advocate then you are doomed.i know you know this you are just playing damn

Did you just say the judiciary is not rotten?and the problem is nobody can afford? DO you know that the state is entitled to provide free legal services to its citizens. i guess the question you would have asked would be about the need for civil education to bridge the gap from north ,south-west and east parts of the country.my take

Police should avoid targeting innocent people too, arrest but Police should not put false charges on innocent residents, Police should do thorough investigation
