The Strip is the real problem and sadly it oozes out into the surrounding areas. We just got here in January of 2024 and are leaving and going back to the Midwest in April 2025....UGH! The real thing that stinks here (besides the air quality) is the work situation. I have been looking for decent work for OVER A YEAR and all I have is a part time gig that pays.... some, but seriously. I have applied at so many businesses for positions which I am over qualified and been turned down! I've used it to post my work on my own profiles that my friends can see and they're private accounts. I don't even have business accounts setup on social media. I'd add rarely or never have I come across an entrepreneur type person who hits a bump and says, "Time to close up shop", which sounds absolutely ridiculous, tbh. Even when/if their business fails, they tend to make a new attempt at another business, not just go work for someone else.
