She probably had gestational diabetes and also intrahepatic cholestasis...Indian doctors are very slow in diagnosis..palm itching is a definite symptom of cholestasis of pregnancy..

I appreciate your openness to guide the young couples. Psychologists are also human beings - first and foremost - before being a mental health care professional. When Doctors (physicians) have health issues like Hypertension or Diabetes, common people are accepting it. How can they then question mental health professionals not to have psychological challenges? It is because of the awareness she was able to deal with it and guide others too. God bless you child
