Ameena Arif swimming practice delays puberty... avoid broiler chicken instead u can give country chicken... alternatively u can give herboo chicken too as it is comparatively harmless than broiler chicken. avoid over exposure to media - this may look absurd but it is one of the psychological factor. don't admit ur child in school early as they have to face elder classmates in higher classes, this too is a psychological factor
