Welcome to KL, Malaysia. Hope that you have had a good time and a pleasant stay.

Since you like Malaysian Indian food, I wonder if you have visited Little India on Brickfields Road near KL Sentral. Nasi kandar with its array of curry dishes are very popular in KL, Penang and throughout Malaysia.

I have never heard of nasi kandar. I just looked up the photos in Google and yes I’m sure I will love it. Especially if the curry is full of flavor and spice. Thank you for the recommendation!

@@sweetchariot You are welcome. You should try it next time you are in KL or Penang. But be aware, the lamb shank and seafood can be very spicy and pricy. 😀

@@Yasin_Affandi ooh I love lamb! Will do 😊

@@sweetchariot Wonderful. The lamb shank and mashed potatoes at the Secret Recipe cafe is also good, around RM40+. 😀

Chow kit and pudu markets and selayang wholesale market are where locals go. Grocers are where expat go plus high end locals go

I dont consider myself to have a weak stomach, between the cows head and snails. I had to close my eyes...no ma'am🫣😬

😂😂 Same, and although I've been to other wet markets, I was still surprised to see the head just casually sitting there! 😲

Satay, you must eat malay satay. Not indonesian satay. Both are not the same.
@sweetchariot6 ай бұрын
Yes I’ve had both Malay and Indonesian Satay. I prefer the flavor of Malay satay but I do not like the compressed rice cubes with it. I just stuck to the meat and vegetables.
@keangwooichoo61386 ай бұрын
@@sweetchariot indonesian satay sauce is not as flavourful and thick.

Durian is not for everyone. However, do not put durian into cendol. Destroy the taste

Just saw your Bolivia vid - thinking about heading there for a week. But can I personally ask how do you afford travel for an extended period of time? Unfortunately I have a j.o.b and I only get about a week to live it up internationally. Keep living life.👋🏾 @ricc0_c

Hello, well some people get remote jobs to travel so that's an option for you. I'm a freelance video editor which is more flexible and allows me to work on my skills. I slow travel which is a lot more affordable than going on vacation or even living in the states. Overall I'm just realistic about my budget. I've always been good with managing my money. For instance, when I went to Singapore I stayed in a budget hotel or when I went to Cusco I stayed in a hostel to save money. For a vacation to Singapore, I would've stayed in a nice hotel or resort. I would've had multiple outfits and a photoshoot. It would've been a vibeee💃🏽🍸🦞 but definitely pricey. It depends on your way of traveling and your budget.
