It's an informative video but you should have also mentioned that one can take a flight from KL to Langkawi. It's around 1300 per person without checkin luggage and 1500 per person with luggage of 20Kg. Flights are almost every hour from KL to Langkawi. If I have to choose between 1500 and 1 day I would definitely choose 1500 and reach Langkawi in 1 hour from KL.

We went to Penang From Langkawi and stayed there for 2 nights. If you want to go Kuala Lumpur from Langkawi then you can opt for same option in return too. Ferry from Langkawi to Kuala Perlis and then bus from Kuala Perlis to Kuala Lumpur. You can also book flight directly from Langkawi to Kuala Lumpur. You can book bus and ferry ticket online as well.
