This content is gold. Great job Kuba. We need more about adrenal fatigue, deload time and how to know when it’s time to take a step back. Tanks for this content

how would you approach getting LEAN not stage lean or stage ready, for someone who is natural when to make changes if weight stops, then add cardio or cut calories?

I'm curious what do you believe is the ideal rate of weight loss when cutting for a contest meaning, how many pounds a week? Also, would this be different if you're not competing and just looking to get lean/fit?

I'm trying to decrease my training volume. The calorie deficit + the training = serious body fatigue. However, I'm addicted to the pain that weight lifting causes. LOL No pain = no gain. 🤷♀

So agree with nr5 Unfortunately lots of people use personal problems as their 'why' Stressed, unbalanced, skinned....stupid

Genetics, you probably store more fat on your lower body

I’m the same way dude! It’s nice when your not competing, I have visable obliques and abs fully in vascular everywhere including back calf’s and quads but have love handles and fat on my ass 😂 that said, if you keep pushing it’ll happen I have had striated glutes you just have to keep pushing
