Hello sir please advise Your advice will be helpful. My LMIA got approved finally after 6 months. My PGWP extension got rejected on June 5 & I applied for visitor record same day to maintain my status. My visitor record application is under process. Do you recommend flag poling to get my closed work permit or should I apply online? I am confused Am I under maintained status?
