Very impressive point from Kubey, they listen to their reviewers. I got one of the second run of the Atlas and it also had that shelf to keep the pivot from spinning as well as milled lines on the lock bar for grip when releasing the knife and a little bit of jimping on the flipper tab. Very impressive if you ask me, and they didn't gouge the price after making the improvements.

Still no thumb bridge for us lefties, so we cant press the lock bar when we open it. My major gripe with most frame locks. Nice review and take down.

Argghhh... Why didn't they give it a D shaped pivot? I like Kubey knives but the pivot turning after repeated flipping makes the KB logo crooked. Yes it's nit picking but it could've been fixed with the updated version.

I have 2 of the old versions, blue and gold, but the problem with these knives is the color accuracy of the handles. My blue one came more purple than blue and the gold one came look like a very dirty bronze :(
