Aizen's shikai is fitting of the ultimate deceiver who can fool everyone into falling for his act, his shikai fools your senses into lying to you, but only if he activated the hypnosis ritual before your eyes at some point. Bankai is typically an inverse expansion of shikai, so in the case of Aizen, his bankai would be self deception of his own senses, but the illusions he subjects himself to with bankai become reality. Essentially it would be a bankai similar to Gremmy's power of imagination warping reality, only to a more frightening godlike level, but since its self deception made reality, it could very easily backfire on him. For instance if he ever fools himself into thinking his opponent might actually be a threat to him while his bankai is active, that opponent will become a greater threat to him. Such a bankai would leave little control on Aizen's part over what illusions become his reality, so long as he lies to himself, reality will be warped by the bankai somehow to make his intentional self deception true.

I'm assuming the King or Queen of Hell is related to the Soul King somehow maybe its his wife since we never seen if Ywhach has a mother or not, although it's implied he had a mother in the anime if you really watch it, and we don't know her fate at all. Or perhaps it's a being even older than the Soul King perhaps this being created the Soul King himself somehow. I think either way we're gonna get alot more lore of the Soul King and the 5 noble families

My theory is that there are 2 reasons why we dont know Aizens bankai. And Kubo wont show his bankai because he thought it would be more interesting this way. 1. Aizens shikai is actually his bankai. We know Aizen is a liar and since he lied to everyone about his zanpakuto being water type, he could have lied to everyone and it was actually his bankai. Look at it. Just like some bankai it needs a certain condition to be activated and so on. 2. His bankai is actually making illusions real but Gremmy has that power and maybs Kubo had no idea what to make the vision about and left Aizen with shikai only to make Gremmy the reality bringing guy. Aizens kyoka suigetsu now that they are fused shows that its just illusion but they are so powerfull that a being that can change the future wont notice it. Since Aizen is fused with his zanpakuto means that he can use it to the fullest and he has done nothing more than that so we can safely assume thats what the real bankai can do at maximum power. Also point 3. Aizens bankai can manipulate the past and future by creating a strong illusion but our cousin Tsukishima took that power. If you see Rokudo Mukuro from Katekyo Hitman Reborn he has created real illusionary organs and keeping a girl alive with that. Maybe thats what Aizens bankai can do but those 2 characters made Kubo scrap that idea. Its more interesting this way anyway but Kubo just wants us to keep talking about it so he wont say

Aizen knew what Ichigo's new zangetsu looked like and he had never seen it before because he was in muken. My theory is that yes, Aizen already used his bankai but they never showed it and he used his bankai to know what Ichigo, Renji, the battlefield in general and Zangetsu looked like. Now, in order to achieve this, my theory is that Aizen's bankai has to do with HIS senses and not others, and this allows him to heighten his senses to a level above the transcendental, allowing him to see, hear, feel, taste and touch anything in any existential plane and that way he was able to know all the details to make effective illusions. This ability perfectly fits his nature too since he is almost all knowing.
