If the side windows don't have some kind of odd, curved geometry, get a sheet of polycarbonate and cut your own windows. Ultra strong, and they won't shatter like the glass does.

That is a great question! In this case I didn't use heat because the bolts are hardend and very expensive. If heated it would be best to replace them as enough heat to break them loose could effect the heat treat. On a side note, once I started using knocker loose I have only had to use heat once on a restoration project. That's like one in a few thousand rusty bolts. The stuff is good and only $7 a can. Can you weld the end of the dull/worn knives...then grind them sharp, using hard surface welding rods it should strengthen those knives to where they could cut a very long time Man...that thing would be a zombie horde stomping machine...just set it about waist high...and mulch your way thru 😈

I have wondered that myself. It should work as long as the ceramic disks are hard enough to sharpen the hardface. Could be that the hardface might be so hard that it becomes brittle when taken to a point. Guess we won't know for sure unless we try it. As for the Zombies, the entire walking dead series would have been over in two episodes if everyone just jumped in a mulcher!
