My power problem was that dang bolt stop under the gas pedal. When they assembled it and delivered it top speed was 13mph. I hunted, asked a lot of questions and discovered when i screwed the bolt all the way down I immediately achieved full power. 25 MPH. If it maxed out at only 13 I was going to return it asap! Occams Razor! ❤️ Great Channel! Thank you.

My 91 Bobcat skid steer has a spark arrester in the muffler. It helps stop sparks from coming out of the muffler that could start a fire in dry conditions.

Maintenance & cleanout procedure: The screen type spark arrester should be removed, cleaned, and inspected after every 100 hours of use. 1. The spark arrester is located inside of the exhaust pipe, and is fastened with two bolts. 2. Unfasten the bolts and remove the spark arrester. 3. Shake loosened particles out of the screen assembly and lightly clean the screen with wire brush. Soak in solvent and again clean with wire brush if necessary. 4. If any breaks in the screen or weldments are discovered, the assembly must be replaced

Not sure if anyone said this already, but when you just change the filters normally you won't loose any fluid in the hydro. You need to check the fluid in the dump box reservoir. It is separate from the hydro dip stick and has its own dipstick. It will go down when you change the filters and can make it act very funny if not full.

What cetane number is the diesel fuel you use? Kubota, John Deere and most other manufactures require a minimum of 45 cetane on the new engines. The diesel fuel at the gas station or delivered is usually rated 40 cetane. Definition from Google ( Use a diesel fuel with too low of a rating, and the engine is going to run more roughly and without adequate power. Inadequate diesel fuel cetane rating means the diesel fuel isn't going to combust quickly enough in that engine.)

As soon as you mentioned your problem, I knew that was probably the culprit. Even gasoline/ two stroke and 4 stroke engines in side by sides, ATVs etc.. need that service over time. You are supose to remove the bottom screw and have someone cover the exhaust tip to stop flow from the exhaust pipe and rev it for a few revs and then release the towel blocking the tail pipe. do that 5 - 6 times.( the reason you remove the screws is to give the exhaust a place to escape) . you can also remove some of the tips on some models and clean it that way. Its pretty much like a metal internal baffle that gets clogged. Hope that makes sense Also try some Amsoil Diesel additive ( it boosts the Cetane) AND has a fuel system cleaner (4 in one fuel additive)

Notice they are deflated meaning the the blower is shut off. We had two haul trucks and a mucker running. The blower is only used to ventilate after a blast and occasionally blow in cold air to remove heat as we we're mining frozen gravel. It collapses if thawed. If oxygen levels got as low as you say they would, how in the hell does the engines keep running. You've never been in a mine obviously. BTW, I've got all day to argue with your stupidity. shouldn't have to modify this to get it to go a reasonable speed.....after years of ownership now I have a honda pioneer also...the pioneer gets used...the kubota sits in the garage now.....it serves a purpose...when someone visits.....they get the keys to the kubota so they can't hurt themselves going fast lol
