I live in Van Buren County, Arkansas and depending on where you live, you can do whatever you want without any type of permit. We have wells on our place, so city/county water was not needed. Had a 2018 f150 on lease, then bought a 2020 almost loaded, with heavy tow package and 3.5l. At 27k miles, cam phaser issue. Got rid of it while the cab was still on the lift, buying a titan xd. Oddly enough talking to a buddy with a 3.5l f150 he was on his third engine at 120k miles. Happy i got the nissan.

I bought a brand new 2007 f150. I went to pass a vehicle and engine blew 18000 miles. They would not back the warranty said lack of maintenance then not oe parts. I still owed on truck and they said i would have to start paying storage. My truck was still disassembled. I felt trapped so I payed they 7000 for a new motor. I still have it but, like you never another!
