Kūdō (空道 Kūdō) (formerly Kakutō karate (格闘空手); often Daidōjuku) is a Japanese hybrid martial art. It is full-contact mixed combat sport with head Guard and gloves, throwing and grappling techniques are also allowed in the competition, including restraint, locks and strangle holds.It can be called a mixed martial art with protective gear.
The goal of Kūdō is to come as close as possible to realistic, real fighting, with appropriate protective clothing. To achieve this, Kūdō is fought with very few regulations, and has specialized techniques and actions. The techniques of Kūdō include the entire spectrum of a real struggle-fighting standing up, throwing techniques, grappling and ground fighting.
The training of Kūdō consists primarily of kihon, general fitness training and combat. The kata of Kyokushin were eliminated without replacement.
Kūdō is a comprehensive martial art and philosophy, in which both the physical as well as mental development are considered. Traditional Japanese etiquette Budo (as Reigi) is followed, there are certain Japanese greeting ritual, a traditional training keikogi is worn, the names of the techniques are in Japanese, etc.

Want to train it, but there is no club or organization in my city. Think is one of the best full-contact sports, wich make u ready for "real fighting" situations, like mma or other full contact sports

Real Okinawan look like actually. Until they come to olympic sport with rules. Permit to throw with 1 hand only, because throwing with 2 hands already exist in jiu jitsu, and no ground grapling because its Judo. Silly isn't it?

In my opinion kudo is the perfect martial art as it is complete, it has punches, kicks, elbows, knees, throws, throws and grappling besides, if I don't fool myself, the goal of kudo is to be as realistic as possible. Zendokai karate is just kudo, but there are alot style of mma karage like kenkishikan,kemposhinkai,jeetkidokai. And other mma sport like panktarion,Nippon kempo,kempo,ju jutsu

I imagine they might be replicating elevation training. Where due to the amount of intake oxygen is less than normal the body compensates that by having more red blood cells produced. Though I'm not totally sure 😂
