the most important thing mr kuga-san is that you can travel safely and be able to relax in your own comfort space watching videos on your phone and eat your favorite snacks in the comfort of your solo compartment. like rick steves says: KEEP ON TRAVELING🚅🚌🛫🚗. 🙏📿

Train travel is AWESOME!!! Right before the pandemic I took the Amtrak train from north to south (23hrs) and it was the best experience ever. It was fun watching yhe scenery and the weather change from winter to summer ❤️. Definitely an experience everyone should try once if you're into long travel treks!!! I want to do it again, but in a private car.

Johanna are you me? I have the exact sentiments. In 2019 I was able to do a EU trip and 90% of the travel was by train and coming from the US, it was so amazing. Half the fun of this channel is taking notes on visiting Japan one day entirely by train.

We do have trains in the U.S., it’s called Amtrak. It takes you from one side of the U.S. to the other side and in between. And there’s also Metro city trains that take you city to city. They’ve been around a long long time. You should really try it.

It's nice, but you also have to understand how much pressure their citizens are under to be "perfect" and ever improving. I would love to visit and maybe live there, but definitely wouldn't want to work there. Life isn't meant to be spent working and trying to reach perfection when it isn't reachable.

@JMarieCAlove2 жыл бұрын
@7:48, That song that changed from the Classical music, is an old American song that dates back to the early 1800s. It’s called Oh! Susanna. That’s too funny they used that song to get passengers attention. I grew up singing that song in elementary school with my classmates. Btw, I would love to visit Japan and tour around by train there. We have trains here in the U.S. but it’s been a long time since I’ve been on a train. The last train ride is when my husband and I went on a Alaskan cruise, we had to take a train through parts of Alaska to get to Anchorage. It was a beautiful train ride. We met people from other states. Thank you for sharing your train ride adventure! 😁
