Do you know how the water got into the battery compartment? Or in what weather conditions was the scooter used? I'm curious about how waterproof Kugoo scooters are.

They are not whaterproof at all. Whatever the manufacturer sais. First few months at the most, they are held toghether by the silicone around the seems of the battery but once they get a small hall in the battery case...it is over with the whaterproofing. The controller also...the motor is taking water thru the seals. No scooter is 100% water proof.

Hi, I have a question. I'd like to buy this electric scooter because the factory claims it's IP45. Isn't that real? Because you told us about water damages. I need a cheap scooter on rainy days. Thank you.

There are all claiming to be ip45 but you must understand that the motor is spinning so wather will eventualy go in the hub, and the controller has an insulation but because of vibrations, wather finds it's way in. A Light rain won't damage anything but a heavy rain could. The wrapping of the battery allso can get pinched and that can be fatal for it...

You can either measure the main connector to see the voltage, or you can open-up the battery and measure each row of cells to see if they are all about the same voltage. If a row is lower by more than 0.5volts, it must be charged a bit to be equal to the others. If the row is off by 1 volt or more, that row must be changed.

Bună seara, am întâmpinat în seara asta o problema , trotineta pe partea din spate se lasă foarte tare jos și cred ca blochează roata ; menționez ca trotineta e în garanție, orice sfat mi-ar fi de ajutor

Fără a o vedea, pot doar sa presupun ca suspensia spate e rupta...trebuie văzut și eventual înlocuită suspensia(în ideea ca suspensia e de vina și nu suportul suspensiei care se prinde de sasiu)

You must check the voltage on the output of the throttle. The sensor could have mooved in the casing or a magnet

If yu have 4,8v between the Red and the Black wires, you must have the same voltage between the Black and the blue or Green wire but at full throttle

Problem solved , turn on the scooter, press 5 Times for maxim speed 25 and 6 Times for 30. MAGIC :)
