Банки достаточно кипятком ополоснуть. Помидоры-то просто мытые. Ну и всё остальное закладывается не стерилизованное. Так что нет смысла гонять духовку. Смотрю Ваши видео из Москвы. Мне нравится, всё по делу, ничего лишнего и советы хорошие.
