Curry chicken is a lunch that we love to prepare, and you really can't go wrong with this recipe. The meat is super juicy and the juice is irresistibly delicious. We have prepared rice as a side dish, and you can certainly have French fries or mashed potatoes. Even children like this kind of chicken.
INGREDIENTS :
500 grams of chicken fillet
spices: salt, pepper, dry mixture of spices, paprika
1 onion
150 ml of tomato sauce
100 ml of cooking cream
30 grams of butter
1 spoon curry spice
1 teaspoon of turmeric
RECIPE:
✅ Cut the chicken into cubes and season with: oil, olive oil, salt, pepper, dry mixture of spices and paprika. Leave in the refrigerator until use
✅ Fry the chicken briefly. We fried for 5 minutes at max and added 20 grams of butter
✅ Remove the meat and fry 1 onion in the same bowl. And here add 10 grams of butter
✅ Add 1 spoon of curry spice and 1 spoon of turmeric
✅ Pour over 150 ml of tomato sauce and add 100 ml of water. Let it boil
