Yes but make sure you reduce it by simmering till left like 3 tea spoons

Yes we use sago flour.

We not recommend tapioca flour. We had try many times using tapioca flour and I won’t melt in mouth easily.

Hi Sara. Bolehkan tepung sagu diganti dengan tepung tapioca? Agak sukar untuk saya mencari tepung sagu.

有的, 但是不是一次过放到完。 首先放一半而已。 过后在看看面团的texture 了才慢慢加。 因为做到最后面团会变干

Hi Sara, I have sago pearls, is this the same if I grind this to use as sago flour in your recipe? I tried looking on amazon and no luck. Local grocery stores don't have it either.

Hi there. I would not advise that. Can you find arrowroot flour? That is the best replacement so far !

Hi Sara. Thank you very much for the recipe. I have some questions. Does egg size or grade affect the texture of the cookies? If so, which size or grade do you use? And if I want to use powder, not liquid for the flavouring, how much should I use it? Thanks again :)

Now, the size does not matter much but do use A grade. When you use powder color and flavor, be prepared to add few drops of coconut cream. At the end, make sure the dough not to wet and do act of balancing. 130-140 g of coconut cream is just enough.

太湿了。倒入椰奶油一半了慢慢搓 过后再慢慢加。请问你用怎样的椰子奶油?

@@penangsarakitchen9891 就跟您的食谱走 😅,就在翻面团的时后感觉一粒粒黏黏的。。椰油放一半,慢慢加入。我的面团不像您的奶黄色看起来顺滑,而是灰褐色🤔烤出来硬硬的,不会雪白色?

Mix tapioca and corn flour better. Taste will be the same but texture will be different. It will be less crispy
