KuKirin G2 Pro - The Greatest I've Ridden

Like I said not much I can criticise when this blows all the previous escooters I've ridden out of the water. Kugoo has a UK, EU and US warehouse so any potential issue can be dealt with locally. Kugoo claim this escooter can reach 50km, this would only be possible if ridden in eco mode. During my testing I was mostly using the MAX power mode and I got around 20km. *Any questions feel free to ask* Do not confuse this with Kugoo G2 Pro. KugooKirin G2 Pro is slightly different.

i own this cooter for like 3 months now and with my weight of 62kg im able to make 35kilometer ride an still have 40%+- batery (outside teampure was around 18celsiuus and i was riding 30km/h so mode 2 )

Update: It's been two years since I posted this video. The G2 Pro is still going strong! What I like about the G2 Pro over the G2 Max is its lighter weight. I feel I can carry the Pro up a few flights of stairs without any issues.

@@rodotodx3630 It would be if it had full suspension, but this one will provide a smoother ride that will decrease the wear and tear on the frame and battery. I'd definitely trade losing an inch on the tire, and a few watts on the motor, for a longer lasting scooter that needs less maintenance, plus is giving me a $200 price break for that inch on the tire and watts on the motor.

After having a few turbo ants I was like nah, I need more power. So I bought a 3,200 watt beast. But still 45 mph wasn't enough. So then I picked up a yume y-11 at 6,000 watts. Did 53mph and said nah, Im happy, this is fast enough....

G2 needs the 1200watts motor from the g3 than and 10 inch tire than it would be the best on the Market for the price that kugoo provides. I have the G3 and i am very happy with it.

I believe the controller on this scooter provides a peak of 1200 watts. I believe the torque is so low because it is a very small direct drive motor, however being a direct drive would open it up for Regen braking and less maintenance

It's waterproof but it's not advised to ride in heavy rain. Most ebikes and scooters advise this because it's almost impossible to seal a rotating motor hub when it's being nonstop sprayed with water

529 euros my friend. The G2 Max is about 100 euros more if you want extra speed and battery range (see my last video). Only downside is the G2 max is 5kg heavier than the G2 Pro

Hm. Almost £900 for an e-scooter. Not knocking the value for money but it's definitely a lot for an impulse buy toy when they're not legal to use on UK roads. Also as they're getting more complicated they will need regular maintenance. How available are the spares going to be? Replacement pads, disk, tyres, shock etc... Not sure I'd trust myself to "service" it.

Hey Dani. Sorry about the late response. Unfortunately I don't know, but in my experience with ebikes/escooters there's always a secret menu that lets you tweak stuff like that. Usually you can access it by holding buttons down and turning on the escooter/ebike

With the suspension it does not feel like 9". I've ridden a few 10" escooters that don't have suspension. The G2 should feel like 11" when you take suspension travel into account

I looked at the Vsett8 manual and noticed it has front and rear drum brakes 😂! I'm sorry, but self respecting riders use disc brakes like the G2 has. The other thing I can say is I've owned this G2 Pro for a year now. It's still running great

good scooter people underestimate the g2 pro i have one mine is the g2 pro not the kirin the one with the led lights on the side now for say 800 pounds it does 34 mph its got great lights electric horn nice speedo well thats my one, mine is a 1000 watt 15ah scooter with brake lights everything you need and for that price, check out mine on my own channel austie outdoors and you will see it in action yes great scooter i wish they would let me review one just started my own channel so like and subscribe because i can do with the help im just starting out anyway enjoy your on a good no great scooter
