Burek is a sort of a pie specialty with cheese or meat etc, you can order a quarter for example. We eat it with yogurt. Usually people buy it as a breakfast meal. Rakija is a type of an alcohol just like the vodka. Ajvar is also a food specialty, made of eggplant and red peppers. We prepare it like a pasta during autumn, it is a type of home canning so that we can use it in winter. Usually goes with cheese the best.
