You hit it out of the park Wayne! You have a lot of small, lightweight items that will make a bad situation something you will laugh about in years to come. Just a few of your items would make a great difference in surviving or not. Thanks for all that you do.

Thanks man, you as well. I hope to do a fair bit of hunting this season, tho i usually spot game, lift my firearm, put the sights on the target and smile. Then i lower the firearm and say . Have a nice day, and walk away. Knowing i had the shot is what matters to me. I dont harvest an animal unless it is a very good reason. :) ATB.

Great kit and I agree 100% I always carry a pk with kit with me I also carry a small stove and coffee because anytime I’m out I always make a cup or two

That is awesome, a nice brew cooking, might get a coffee drinking deer to wander in. lol Coffee is good, and the good thing, you can carry what you want or need, to make it your own.

Something I'm carrying now these days is a Zoleo satellite messenger. Even in the thickest of areas it has 100 percent coverage and it works awesome. If you need to be found, when you hit the sos button it sends your exact coordinates to search and rescue etc through their 24 hour dedicated operators. You don't need to even speak (but you can if needed by text to them) . It's rechargeable and lasts days. Just another layer of protection. Great video, Wayne! Thank you!

Those are great and i would love to have one. I carry my cell phone and in the area i go , i have signal. But your device is a great carry and one day i may get one if im going far back country. Good to hear your covered if lost. :)

You can keep batteries IN the appliance and simply add a tiny piece of paper between the battery and the terminal to prevent interaction/corrosion. Less bulk. And I suppose you could use that bit of paper as a fire starter. You should be checking your kit every time before you go out in the woods regardless and not taking it for granted. Its a good habit to have and makes sure you have all the appropriate items and its a brain check to remember what items you have and which pocket you stored them in.

I have done that as well, tho i have had batteries corrode in my lights so this works for me. Good points and knowing your kit is important for sure. :) ATB.

hope anyone who watches this vid follows what your saying, good pack for any hunter to carry in season, you never know what might happen, also even for the non hunter who go out in the woods too, better to be prepared than to have nothing

Thanks Craig, the next we meet, you will have to show me your kit sometime. All the best my friend.

Can I ask what water filter bag that you use? The one you packed behind the pocket first aid kit?
@kullcraven3 ай бұрын
Hello, that water bottle, does not have any labels. I got that from a apocabox one time. I assume you can get something like it on Amazon or online. Sorry i dont have any idea, besides checking there.

Where did you buy that single-wall stainless steel water bottle? (many years ago :-D)

How do you keep your pants from falling down with all the gear attached to your pants? I use suspenders.
@kullcraven3 ай бұрын
LOL nothing is attched to my pants, the belt is just around my waist and not on my pants. lol Thanks for the watch and comment.

Are you camping or hunting? I don't understand why people overload their backpack. But each to their own.

It is called safety and being prepared if needed. A survival pack is like a first aid kit. You may never need it, but if you do, it can save your life. Thanks for the watch.
