Yeah I was gonna say they are a beautiful couple, one of those couples that you're just glad the world worked out in such a way that these two became one. I imagine being a fly on the wall during their home-life would be pretty entertaining, hell I think even watching Kumail and Emily have an argument would be fun in some kinda way, although I imagine they aren't the type to fight very often. I like them both quite a bit, although I have to roll my eyes some when Emily gets political. She's damn near a perfect person, but I always have trouble stomaching when entertainers put hard line left wing politics front and center too much. It can be done right, and can be compelling, even if I pretty firmly disagree with the standard left wing outlook, but her feminist takes can be kinda dumb sometimes. But whatever, that's the culture in LA I guess.

What Kumail says at 7:30 about body horror in the 80's being linked to the fear of AIDS and herpes reminded me of the graphic novel Black Hole, which is basically the same concept. It's a masterfully done book, recommend it to anyone with a strong stomach.

I once had a nightmare when I was 10 years old and couldn't fall back asleep so I turned on the television and saw a snippet of Dog Soldiers where a soldier accidentally impales himself on a tree branch. I have looked for that movie long and hard ever since. I only found it today because of this video. What a revelation! Thanks Kumail and Amoeba! : )
