Such a nice intelligent food culture given by our ancestors. They new when to eat what in every season. Urad dal ls used more as it gives heat during winter. Also hing is a must used with all urad dal dishes as urad is vaat prakrurti. Salutes to our ancestors and those still following the cultural food. We shud really keep up our tradition and culture. 👌👌🙏🙏

I liked the lady who wears light green saree as very neatly organized and fastened cooked, looking her food is most hygienic. The collection made awesome, traditional and resourceful, nest generation will gain knowledge and will follow their tradition. The senior lady who got appreciation from head of the house, she is experienced as cooking longer time but she is not so clean organized. Happy to see their togetherness in a family. 🙏🇨🇦29 September 23.
