IRL, gladiators where more competing for money, it was a sport with sponsors and even products, and we don't have many sources saying many died, unlike in movies where they are shown fighting for their life. Well, they fought for their life through popularity, technically. Prisoners or enrolled, they were expensive fighters managed by a team, much like football players nowadays. Totally makes sense to me to have MLG type music for such sports rather than epic instrumental, AK gets it right (intentionally or not)

@@pbmg4864 Gladiia isn't used in every stages. Phantom too. They're good but really depends on maps and enemy composition.

Phantom is good for solo lane at first waves while farming DP, fixing some leaks, taking away some life out of tanky enemies and bosses and cycle through the map as long as you have consistent DP gain. Lapp can carry on almost every map that has enemies affected by silence. I'd say lapp first if you're in need of consistent dps and have problem with enemies with skills like explosive spiders, enemies that can stun, etc, phantom if you need a good early game or are in need of some recovery or burst damage
