Hi chef , great recipe 👌, tried today and my six year old who is not a fan of potatoes was drooling over it. The only modification I did was I air-fried the potatoes in few drops of oil instead of deep frying. Thumbs up 👍 from USA 😊😊

This also works great with lamb or chicken meatballs. The sauce is amazing. If you have Ninja blender, it will blend the sauce so smooth you won't need to strain it.

This is really good. We make the same dish but we add one more ingrident that is chuschus. We grind it along with cashew nuts. We also avoid turmeric and red chilli powder. Lots of green chillies and white pepper corns half crushed. Now I will try it this way too. Thanks for this variation.
